When DROP is used for an event in which an Organizer (such as an educational institution or company) provides data, for example the email addresses of employees, DROP processes this data on behalf of that Organizer. In that case, the Organizer is the controller and DROP is the processor. DROP then acts exclusively according to the instructions of the Organizer.

DROP only processes data that is necessary to use our services, such as:

• Name and email address (provided by the Organizer for some events)
• Account information such as username and PIN

• Payment information when you purchase Drops
• Device information such as IP address and device type

When an Organizer provides a list of email addresses, these will only be used to create or activate accounts for the event in question.
